Hi Valerie,

I wanted to thank you for being so patient with us during an inconvenient time. Your team did a fabulous job on our house. Your partner told me that some of our windows looked cloudy no matter what was done, and it could have something to do with window film. Because of this, I called the company that installed the Vista film on all the windows and they sent a rep out to have a look. It was determined that our film is defective and has failed under warranty. The company will be replacing the film on every single window in the entire house at no cost to us. If your partner had not called my attention to this, it is likely I would have never known and would be continuing to live with clouded windows. Hopefully, this will be corrected once the re-install is complete. We spent a few thousand dollars on the film and I'm very grateful to you all for bringing this to my attention. I'll see you in the spring of 2010 as I don't intend on letting them get so bad before they get cleaned again. Thanks again for all your work.
